The Garden Crew Flower Essences and Aura Sprays

Welcome to The Garden Crew Flower Essences.

At ‘The Garden Crew', we have always felt a deep connection and kinship with our flowers and
the elemental world along with a profound respect for them as individual “healers”. It is our
belief, that when you choose any healing method, i.e. Crystal Healing, Energy Healing or any
vibrational healing method, it should ring true on a soul level. This is especially important when
selecting a flower essence for yourself.

Flower essences are water based tinctures containing the life-force energy or plant signature of
the flower or plant. Unlike many herbal remedies that work mainly on the physical body, flower
essences work on the emotional, mental and spiritual problems or blocks within your chakras
(energy centers) or auric fields. A few drops of the tincture are placed under the tongue or into
a glass of water 3 to 4 times a day or as needed. You can also put some flower essence in a
mister bottle to spray yourself, your room, environment or a few dabs on your pulse or chakra
points. It is also very important each time when using your flower essence to state an
affirmation of your intent such as, “I am strong, healthy, whole, complete and perfect” or
something as simple as thanking the universe for any and all healings received. It is a totally
personal thing, just be positive and pro-active in the intent of the affirmation.

feast for our eyes but the ability for them to also heal our hearts, minds and souls. Making
flower essences is a truly spiritual experience -- connecting both heaven and earth in a
synchronicity of unseen energies brought into the physical world through flowers. This synergy
assists in healing and nurturing the etheric, emotional and spiritual bodies and truly is an
amazing and beautiful process.
